Ordering Process

Our ordering process has been designed to be as simple as possible whilst ensuring that you end up with the right part and product. The process may vary a little if the part or products is a stock, standard item or a one-off design, but essentially runs like this:

Step 1.
If Contact is made by telephone, we discuss with you your requirements, the circumstances in which the product will be used and how and where it is to be fitted. If your enquiry is by our Online Enquiry Form, fax or post, if we have sufficient details, we proceed to step 2 below. If we need further information, then we will contact you.

Step 2.
If the required product is a stock item, it will be sent to you immediately. If the product is part of our standard range, if appropriate we will forward to you by fax, email etc. a line drawing of the product and its specifications for you to check that it is the right product for your requirements.

For a non standard product, we will provide you with a price and if you proceed to order, a line drawing of your specifications to assist you in making sure that the product ordered is correct and will work as intended.

Step 3.
On confirmation that the specifications are correct, the product is manufactured and despatched to you within the stated time scale.
